Join us for a morning on our smallholding farm learning all about how jumpers , hats and other wooly garments are made.
First thing in the morning , take a walk into the farm seeing where our sheep live. Learn about what they like to eat and how they live. Have an opportunity to touch sheep fleece before it has been spun into wool.
Then meet up at the farm shop for a biscuit snack and a drink of milk or squash before some crafting fun.
During the crafting session children will have the opportunity to:
-make wooly sheep
-learn wild weaving
After the craft session children will return to the farm shop for lunch provided by us comprising of sandwiches and a juice or glass of milk.
